Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast, cut into chunks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 cups tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro or mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
